Our Promises

The mission of Best DJ's & Events is simply to offer the most enjoyable and entertaining mobile disc jockeying service in the Metropolitan San Francisco Bay Area, Hawaii and Orange County for the most reasonable price, so that the product delivered exceeds the expectations of the customer.

To this end, we resolve the following nine points:

1. We will offer two free consultation appointments with each client for any event big or small. The first consultation is a "get acquainted" session, at which the client chooses Best DJ's & Events service. The client receives a secure personal Log-In code for the interactive planning area of the website and given instructions how to use each tool. We develop an event plan for the specific service needs for the event.  This event plan becomes our promise to deliver the very best in electronic musical entertainment to meet their specific needs.

2. We will always perform at the customer's event dressed in appropriate professional attire (tuxedos for weddings, suit or dressy ensembles for other events, as appropriate) promptly at the designated time and ready to begin work as quickly as possible.

3. We will always offer only top-end quality audio and lighting equipment, usually of greater quality than our competitors in our price range. We will always maintain a complete backup system to be available in the rare case of an emergency so that our delivery to our customer is always as promised.

4. We will offer referrals to our customers for other professionals in the event planning and entertainment business, such as Photographers, Caterers, Limousine Companies, Bakeries, and Facilities, without accepting any remuneration from these other agents or charging our customer any extra fee. Our referrals will always be made only to quality service professionals.

5. We will always send out to an event the DJ that you have chosen for your event. We will not use unknown DJ's for our customers.

6. We will offer extras to our basic musical services, such as extra lighting effects, Slide show equipment, party pack items, and additional emcee services for a reasonable add-on price.

7. We will maintain a subscription to musical libraries and clubs so as to remain "up to date" in our song library. Additionally, we will always carry depth in the traditional categories of music, big-band, swing, rock and roll, classical, jazz, country and western and others. We will always have a selection of each type of music that is traditional in that category as well as contemporary. Our song library will "have something for everyone."

8. We will maintain a complete client record consisting of the event planner in our database which specifies our promise to the customer. With the proper planning and the information in an organized and detailed format, the customer can receive what services are expected.  This database will also allow our customers to easily secure our services for future events, since we have a record of their preferences and requirements.

9. We will assist our client in helpful ancillary tasks as toasts, cutting of the wedding cake, any additional announcements and special dances at the customer's request, as part of our service offering.
